Ingredients for 4 people:
1 medium onion;
200g peeled tomatoes;
1 medium celery;
salt to taste.
Put the meat in a pot of water with half an onion and half a stick of celery. When halfway through cooking, cut the meat into cubes, removing any excess fat.
In another pot sauté the remaining onion and celery. Add the peeled tomatoes and cook for about 10 minutes. Add everything to the meat and the water in which it was boiled.
Finish cooking and sprinkle with oregano.
