For thirteen editions, Regio Tratturo & Friends has grown from a simple yet profound idea: rediscovering the true value of food through the beauty of the countryside. A project by Agriturismo Regio Tratturo, it places agriculture, people, and mindful food consumption at its very heart.

Every ingredient tells a story rooted in ancient agricultural traditions; every flavor speaks of respect for the environment and love for what we eat. Because nourishment is not just a daily habit, but an act of responsibility toward ourselves and the planet.

09:00 – 10:00

Welcome breakfast and presentation of RT&F 2026

10:00 – 12:00

Traditional cooking class from the farm to the fork and jar-cooking workshop

12:00 – 13:30

The alchemy of fermentation: mead-making and culinary fermentation techniques

13:30 – 15:30

Convivial lunch

15:30 – 18:30

Afternoon activities:

• Relaxing with knitting needles: basic stitches for beginners
• Painting workshop for children using natural pigments
• Introduction to beekeeping: from theory to practice
• Yoga and meditation session among the olive trees

18:30 – 21:00

Open-air aperitif inspired by talks and exchanges with philosophers

The Enchanted Forest: Storytelling and fairy tales for children

Dinner with live music by Sangria

   –  Entire day: 60 € adults, 25 € children (3 to 13 years old)

– Only dinner: 25 € adults, 15 € children (3 to 13 years old)
